Startup: Frames until the move becomes active (lower = faster). A 6f startup move is very fast!
On Hit: Frame advantage when the move connects. Positive numbers mean you can continue your combo. Negative means the opponent can act first.
On Block: Frame advantage when blocked. Positive = safe to use, negative = punishable (opponent can hit you back).
Recovery: Frames after the move ends before you can act again. Lower recovery = faster recovery.
FGC Notation: Fighting game notation like "5L" (standing Light), "2M" (crouching Medium), "6S1" (forward Special 1). Numbers represent directions on a numpad (5=neutral, 2=down, 6=forward).
